Mission:At OTEC our mission is to provide enjoyable, high quality, supplementary opportunities to anyone with a desire to enhance their knowledge on any given topic. Purpose &Commitment:OTEC is a privately owned and operated center devoted to amplifying knowledge and exploration in areas of need and/or interest. We operate with a commitment of compassion and moral obligation in an environment that is stimulating and comfortable while also conducive to learning. We continually encourage healthy growth and development by providing a space for individualized ambitions to become realities.
