OYA Venture aims to broaden the imprint of African female entrepreneurs by facilitating the growth of female-owned businesses that empower others.OYA Venture believes that by connecting with and facilitating further connections between female entrepreneurs, it will ensure a more inclusive economy on the continent. The company falls under the JAG Group and was established by two entrepreneurs, sisters Adi Zuk and Lee Zuk. Together with business partner Charlotte Luzuka and strategist Tamarin Morrell, they form the passionate core of OYA Ventures. They quickly identified the need to connect female entrepreneurs throughout Africa, when they realised that women in Africa often don't know where to go and who to contact in order to grow their businesses. This lack of network means that many African women are limited when it comes to expanding their business. OYA Venture addresses this need and aims to partner these women with other women-owned businesses while coaching them to grow their businesses. As a team OYA Venture is focussed on bringing together female entrepreneurs who value honesty and teamwork as much as we do. We believe in people first business and want to support other entrepreneurs who have a similar vision for changing the lived reality of as many Africans as possible.
