Our leader development and training emphasizes the acquisition of skills and behaviors that empower teams. Our coaching emphasizes eliminating self-sabotaging behaviors, vulnerabilities, and biases and developing behaviors that promote respect, trust, and high-performance. We help organizations transform their culture. Every organization has two cultures: (1) an espoused culture consisting of the stated vision, mission, and core values; and (2) an actual culture involving "the ways things get done around here." Integrity means the two culture are consistent, aligned, and congruent. However, in many organizations there is a culture mismatch in which the actual behaviors, practices, and policies do not reflect the stated culture, resulting in degraded performance and waste of resources. We help organizations identify the constraining elements in the culture and develop action plans and a strategy for transforming for greater alignment, conditions for empowerment, and integrity for high performance. We help teams increase collaboration, communication, and innovation. Our process of teambuilding emphasizes skills and strengths identification, appreciation of diversity, and integration of different perspectives through experiential exercises and developing and executing action plans. The intent of teambuilding is not simply having fun but increasing individual contributions for team effectiveness.
