P.O'Connell & Sons Meat Processors was founded in 1966 by Paddy O'Connell as a butcher shop on Barrack Street in Cork City. His son Barry O'Connell moved the butcher shop to the Lough in cork back in 1999. With great ambitions in 2004, Barry looked to expand the wholesale division with a massive move to a new state of the art facility in Wilton in Cork.
