Who We Are P2 (Pty) Ltd is a privately owned company, recently established as an independent entity from Performance Project Management Services (Pty) Ltd, the original "P2" company established in 1998. What We Do P2 is involved in the planning, organizing, controlling and directing of all projects & specialized resources within various commercial and other business sectors - Information Technology, Business and Event Management, Government, Public Utilities, Media, Entertainment, Education, Financial Services, and Consulting. Organisations are increasingly recognizing the tangible benefits of formal Project Management as well as specialized contract resources in niche roles of the organization to ensure quality is delivered within pre-determined time and cost boundaries, as well as deriving the economic and resourcing values of using the capabilities of independent, professional resources. Levels of experience and objectivity are introduced into projects and resources, thereby allowing clients to focus on their core business activities, secure in the knowledge that their projects and development resource requirements are being managed on their behalf by professional, experienced resources.
