P3 Leadership, LLC was created to help leadership teams develop "Great Culture" which engages employees to provide better customer service, higher quality products/services, great financial results and business growth. We call this Servant Culture. Engaged employees are excited to come to work (as opposed to dreading it) and give their all to make their company successful. A by-product is that they are happier and better human beings as a result of our Servant Leadership approach.For years I've heard people say "People are our most important asset." The accounting definition of an asset is something that's acquired, depreciated and disposed of. That doesn't sound like my definition of people. People are the heart and soul of any organization. They are the ones who make our organization what it is. They provide the service, develop our products, interact with our customers, and create the relationships upon which our organizations are based.At P3 Leadership, we believe People ARE our organization and we teach leadership teams how to reframe their thinking to do the same.
