太平洋集团由总裁章民强先生于1967年创立，五十年来，集团已发展成为一个涵盖建设事业、营造事业、金融事业、休闲事业、商业零售业以及不动产服务管理等六个事业群组综合性事业集团。至今，集团事业遍及台湾、香港、新加坡、马来西亚、中国大陆。分、子公司已达到75家。其中太平洋建设在1980年成为台湾上市公司。1994年，太平洋房屋作为集团的先锋，率先进入上海，也为集团在中国大陆建立稳固的基础。至今，太平洋集团已在大陆深耕发展了近24个年头，除了房屋中介，更在不动产开发、工程营造、不动产管理、百货零售、金融服务乃至休闲经营等事业群积极投入，带领集团与消费大众迎接21世纪太平洋生活新纪元。Pacific Group, founded in 1967, has been a leader in the real estate industry with a diverse portfolio, covering construction, development, retail, leisure, finance, and real estate services.
