Pacific Immigration is a full-service immigration law firm. We handle a wide variety of cases including family-based and self-petitions, green card renewals, naturalization, and consulting in employment-based cases. Pacific Immigration also volunteers with local organizations and provides free group information sessions by appointment.Pacific Immigration was founded by Jessica Hatcher in 2017. Before practicing immigration law, Jessica was a civil litigator in Baltimore, Maryland. After meeting her husband, an immigrant, and traveling internationally, Jessica realized her interest was in helping others navigate the complex immigration process. Once Jessica changed her focus from civil litigation to immigration law, she never looked back. Before opening her own practice, Jessica was the managing attorney for the Hawaii offices of Beacon Immigration, Law Offices of David Jakeman. Before relocating to the Big Island of Hawaii, Jessica lived in Frederick, Maryland and practiced Immigration Law as an Associate Attorney. Jessica is a proud graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and the University of South Carolina.
