We are a decentralized group. Each member makes their own investment determinations and is responsible for conducting their own due diligence. When an individual investor or Family Office seeks to pursue an investment of $25k (or more) they typically become the lead investor for the group and are complemented by additional members. If there is investment interest below $25k for a single entity, then our member-investors may join a current round.The fund may also provide suggestion of investment in selected Pre-A stage companies, including buy-outs.
