PROGRAM ASSISTANTMain responsibilities:• Program logistics, including coordinating arrangements for trainings, workshops, and site visits • Forecasting, tracking, and monitoring partner use of home-based care commodities • Updating and maintaining program files and technical resource library• Supporting the development and maintenance of databases on partner activities, sites, and indicators. • Supporting the development of program team reports and presentations • Serving as interpreter and translating documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa, as needed • Other duties, as assigned, to support the program team's partner monitoring, technical support, and grants management responsibilities. Contributing to the development of a professional and dynamic program team
