Padstone has an established base with over 70 years' combined project management experience from its founding Directors and provides an outstanding service throughout the UK to high profile blue chip and public sector clients.Our aim is to be recognised as providing exemplary project management services to the development and construction industry based upon reliability, a can do attitude and commitment to seeing the project through to completion. We strive to build upon the reputations of persons within the company by actively seeking interesting and challenging projects.The Board of Directors comprises Guy Graham, Richard Martinson and Paul Jennings and between them, they have built strong relationships with some of the biggest names in UK development including British Land, Capital & Regional, Delancey and Land Securities. Guy has also worked closely with University of Oxford Estates Services and various Oxford Colleges providing project and programme management advice.Padstone is not a multi-disciplinary consultancy and our clients value our independence from the other project disciplines within the project structure.
