A family farm with an eye on the future has grown over the years. Started in 1946 with Carl & Garnet Pagel, now owned by the youngest of 7 children, John T. Pagel. John along with his 4 kids, have expanded from dairy farming to cheese distribution, cheese manufacturing and also a farm to table restaurant in downtown Green Bay, WI.
