Paikea Productions is an afterschool program where students can exercise their artistic freedom through film production, photography, music and journalism. The program was created in an effort to bring back creativity and imaginitive thought to the classroom, which has been slowly deteriorating in California public schools due to a heightened focus in language arts and math.
