When I founded my interiors and lifestyle company Alix Lawson in 2018 I was keen to put my 20 years of industry experience to use in making things a little easier and less stressful for people, whether you're renovating your home, a designer, a contractor or someone keen on DIY design projects. It struck me that paints were more complicated than they needed to be, and we could all benefit from the beauty of simplicityI truly believe that choosing white paint should be simple, and not something that holds up a project or becomes a source of frustration. So I simplified it myself, and working with specialist British paint manufacturers I have distilled years of decision making into just five pots for you to pick from.Chepstow, Pembridge, Ledbury, Elgin and Westbourne are the streets that have been the backdrop to my life in West London, and became dear to my heart having lived, worked and founded my studio in and around these roads for the past 20 years – it felt natural that these streets be the namesakes for the Paint by Alix Lawson shades.The five shades of white are available in Matt Emulsion and Eggshell.
