ABOUT USPair O' Dice Brewing Co., Clearwater's first production microbrewery, was founded on October 31, 2013. Since then, husband and wife team, Ken and Julia Rosenthal, have won five Best Florida Beer Championship medals. The key to their success — outside of meticulous brewing practices — is taking advantage of Florida's native flora. Their newest year-round beer, Lucky Lucy Strawberry Blonde, is brewed with Plant City strawberries and the Clearwater Honey Cream is brewed with Florida orange blossom honey. Their love of hops and their pilgrimages to the west coast has led them to craft award winning IPAs as well. The name, Pair O' Dice, is a play on the word "paradise" and it‘s how these native Floridians pay homage to their home state of Florida.THE BREWERYPair O' Dice Brewing Co. is situated in a 9,000 sq. ft. warehouse in the Regent Commerce Center on 118th Avenue N in Clearwater, FL. We have a Premier Stainless 15 barrel brewhouse with four 30 barrel fermentors and a two head Wild Goose canning line that allows us to produce up to 30 cans per minute. Quality is a major priority and as such rigorous quality control practices have been put in place including a QA laboratory.There is a 750 sq. ft. tasting room with a large observation window that looks out into the brewery where more seating and games are available for patrons to enjoy.
