PAKA Foundation is mainly a non- governmental organization. The NGO of PAKA is registered Under NGO coordination Board of Kenya. We at PAKA believe that it is the right of every human being to get or receive the key facilities that helps in our sustainability like that of food, which is the basic source of life. So, we have aimed to lead an ISD or Informatics Skill Development network in the provinces of North Horr, Marsabit County and Kenya as a template for accelerating or stimulating the famous UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or in other words the Global Goals. The sustainable development goals of UN believe or define in ending poverty, defending or cushioning our planet and its climate and to ensure that every people dwell in peace and prosperity. At PAKA Foundation we are seeking to apply Professor Liz Greenwell's WRAP or World Resource Analysis Point model from the 1980's. It often happens that the province of North Horr faces the extremes of floods and at times it also witnesses extremes of drought, poverty also is a major problem for the people of that area. The community out there seeks immediate and urgent aid for the purpose of development. So, we seek to assist through a process of "consolidate and build out". We hope to install an ISD model in Kenya for their integral growth and then to replicate the same throughout the world for developing a better world to live in.At PAKA we provided services on Food security and livelihood, Health, Education, emergency intervention, Social protection and community empowerment, peace building and conflict resolution and services related to Wash and also guiding and training them about different aspects related to human being's health and hygiene.
