Australia's first national music therapy charity, loudly and proudly making music with kids, youth and families to build healthy connections and positive life skills. We employ a unique approach to family support so that creative options exist for the engagement of vulnerable populations who are least likely to access the support they need. Qualified staff work across Australia creating opportunities for rhythm training, songwriting and improvisation. We sing, dance and share healthy ways to listen to and engage with music. In response to trauma, family dysfunction, illness, poverty and disengagement, PaKT4Change provides a creative space for participants to develop their sense of self, relationships, self-regulation, self-compassion and resilience - all vital skills and attributes for health, wellbeing, productivity and engagement across the lifespan.
