Since 1995 we distribute Computer Servers, Networking Equipment, Software, Desktop PCs, Notebooks, Monitors, Printers, and Accesories to resellers and corporate clients.Since 2000 providing support of IT hardware, software and networks to over 100+ servers and 1000+ computers at diferent customer locations.-We provide remote support/helpdesk to users at several customer locations within Uruguay, and some remote at Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile.-Design, setup, and maintenance of Networks with extensive experience in datacenters setup, structured cabling, fiber optics, and wireless links. Networking technologies and products including TCP/IP network environment, DHCP, DNS, VPN, proxys, firewalls, routers, ACL, subnetting, content filtering.-Trouble-shooting, administration and support of Windows Server and MS Exchange at all levels.-Experience of problem resolution, investigate specialist and complex IT support issues & quality assurance rocedures.-In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems & Microsoft Office.-Extensive knowledge about Active Directory, Windows Servers Domains migration/upgrade.-Over 20 years planning, implementing and maintaining Windows Server, Linux servers (SUSE/Debian), Postfix, and Apache Web Servers.-Solid experience in Databases Engines management/support (Exchange Server, SQL Server, MySQL).-Enterprise Management solutions (Backup, storage technologies, infrastructure monitoring, system management products).-IT security products (Corporate Anti-virus, network security).-Virtualisation solutions (Citrix XenServer, Hyper-V).-Identifying & reporting on the budgetary implications of IT projects and upgrades.
