PAMSJOBS was launched just over two years ago to help match quality Drivers with the Carriers who need them. The trucking industry sees a lot of change with many Drivers striving for a better opportunity. We work with Drivers to find a place to call "home" for a long time to come. This is where "Retention Consideration" comes into play. It's not about filling a seat to make a quick buck. It is about truly finding the best long term fit for a Driver and the Company. As an independent recruiting firm we have various opportunities available at any one time. We work hard to find the right fit for the Carrier and Truck Driver. We will never try to fit a Driver into a job doesn't work for the Company.
