We are essentially a trade outsourcing company for web design, web programming, customer service and call center. We are NOT based in India - where, unfortunately, many people have had bad experiences (myself included, no disrespect meant to the Indians) We are a British and American owned and operated company based in Panama, where the wages are much lower than the US or Europe, but the skill levels are high. We are the same time zone as New York (EST) so we essentially work the same hours. Thus we are able to offer a quality, professional service at a fraction of US prices. Our rates are as low as $10 per hour, and we can work on an hourly basis or by the project. If you have enough ongoing work we can assign a person to work direct for you at a fixed monthly rate. We will provide the tools and the oversight as well as customer service.We offer full time qualified staff for a fixed monthly rate. The rate is all inclusive and includes the hardware, software, customer service oversight and reporting, phone and internet etc. In other words, no hidden extras.We have a Project Management system where you can log in to assign and post tasks and projects, upload files and keep track of our progress. Bottom line – we believe in communication and we will do our best to fully understand your project and your requirements. If there is ever a problem, we will tell you, and hope that you would do the same with us.
