Our Story The Pancake Factory is an American Bakery & Bistrot located in Sesto Calende, Varese, Italy.We sell traditional American baked goods from the oven such as the American favorites: NY cheese cakes, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, Angel & Devil's food, muffins, pies and above all pancakes! We serve brunch & lunch menus, with a Little Italy corner which offers all the Italian specialties that from Little Italy have become world famous, such as: spaghetti pizza, spaghetti and meat balls, tortino parmigiana, tortino di patate and bagel "frisella".The Factory also offers a wide variety of coffee and tea (including American coffee), a selected wine, beer and cocktail list.
