Panelshake is a low-cost Green roofing product that emulates cedar shake. The product installs like 3-tab asphalt roofing and costs the same as premium asphalt shingles but looks like real hand-split wood shakes. Panelshake, which has installations of over 11 yrs, will have a 50 year warranty, Class A fire & Class 4 hail ratings and is fungi, mold and algae resistant. Funding is sought to setup the first (of many) manufacturing plant which will have sales of $20M/yr and a gross margin of 50%.
