Pannesma was established in 1981 as an Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services company to meet the growing needs of the Saudi Arabian market for technical and management services. Although initially focusing on manpower supply and other low technology projects, Pannesma acquired valuable experience working with established entities such as Hughes Aircraft, Raytheon, Eurocopter, Northrop, PanAm, Bendix, and the Port Authority of London, England.
