Pansofik is a Data and Insight as a Service company delivering a stream of data, real-time alerts, predictive model, and business intelligence to building managers or smart building solution providers. We design, build and deploy a network of environmental sensing devices at any scale and deliver the collected intelligence through a suite of cloud-based delivery methods.Our current focus is to serve small and medium size building portfolios, enabling this under-served market to reap the benefits of optimized energy usage and enhanced environmental controls that were previously too costly to implement. Our innovative but proven technologies and simplified engagement model differentiates Pansofik from other currently available solutions. We provide environmental monitoring of a building using our sensors which can monitor and detect temperature, humidity, energy consumption, lighting usage, and water or gas leaks. In addition to delivering predictive analytics to reduce maintenance costs, the data stream can also feed into the existing Building Management Systems (BMS) providing an alternative and cost effective approach to retrofitting older buildings and turning them into "smart buildings". Our goal is to provide the market with cutting edge IoT data and analytics technology that is easy to install, easy to maintain, and offered at a price point that creates meaningful ROI to our customers.
