Gallery of Fine Art Photography - Jeff Mitchum is known as the Ansel Adams of Color. The truly amazing and talented world renown photographer is opening his new gallery at the Bellagio. Gallery will open on April 2nd, 2011 and it will be one of the most spectacular and gorgeous galleries in Las Vegas and in the US. With his incredible Israel Collection - one of the many collections available at the Gallery, Jeff spent years traveling around the Israeli countryside looking for the perfect shot for this one of a kind collection. Half of the collection will be on display at the Bellagio Gallery and half is on exhibit at a museum in Jerusalem. His depiction of fine art nature photography is unrivaled in the world and his pieces are not just beautiful and exotic but inspirational and awe inspiring. Jeff chooses to employ the original method of photography where it has taken him years to capture an image on film to embody the correct light, exposure and setting before the image is shot. Not relying in any digital equipment or computer manipulation for color or image enhancement. As Jeff says "Nature's obstacles are more opportunities than hindrances". Additionally, Jeff protects the integrity of his photography by limiting the number of museum pieces available for sale.Together with his fine images, Jeff has also added his collection of incredible eco-furniture and the glass works of the renowned Markiam Olynyk with his stunning monoliths and arcs.
