PAOK BC SA is a Basketball Company situated in Thessaloniki, Greece and member of the HEBA League. PAOK Basketball Club has been established in 1928 and has a long tradition in both the Greek Major Division as well as in Europe, having won the European Cup Winners Cup in 1991 (Geneva) and the Korac Cup in 1994 (Trieste), while also having participated in the Euroleague Final Four of 1993 in Athens and the European Cup in 1996 in Vitoria. PAOK has also won two Greek Championships (1959 and 1992) and three Greek Cups (1984, 1995 and 1999). Players of the likes of Cliff Levingston, Walter Berry, Scott Skiles and many others have played for the Club, while the Bane Prelevic, one of the team's legends having played for 8 years with the Club, holds the President's position since 2011. PAOK is playing at the PAOK Sports Arena, one of only a few private owned closed sporting facilities in Greece, which also hosts numerous different events like music concerts, shows (Cirque de Soleil will be performing in the gym from September 30 till October 5, 2014).
