We have experience running a wide range of plastic polymer materials from bent PVC and acrylics to standard flat stock using our state-of-the-art, 3-axis machines. We frequently run multiple parts simultaneously to maximize efficiency thanks to our routers' multiple cutting and drilling heads. In addition to our vertical routing processes, we offer drape forming, line bending and assembly to provide you with a finished product. We can apply adhesives, install hardware and assemble components together according to your needs. Our thermoform tooling ranges from composite molds for low-volume parts to temperature-controlled aluminum cast tooling for high-volume production runs. With an experienced in-house Tooling Department, our mold-making capabilities are endless!We provide engineering and design assistance from prototype through production to meet your individual application.
