Since then Paramount Services has grown into a nationwide commercial cleaning and facility services provider with 190 employees and more than 140 franchise business owners who employ a further 900 staff serving more than 1800 clients throughout New Zealand.Paramount Services' history is characterised by a dogged determination to succeed by addressing the issues and concerns within the industry.The company was founded on the belief that the relationship between the client and service provider should be one of open communication, mutually benefiting both organisations.The business operated as a sole trader until August 1983 when it was incorporated.
