Founded in November 2011, Paras Softcom Private Limited ("PSPL") proposes to e-retail home furnishing products. The company has already commenced retailing lighting products through its online platform www.bulbtiger.com ("Bulbtiger"). Bulbtiger operates in a very niche and fragmented physical retail market with no established pan-India organized retailer. It's a niche in which the consumer naturally seeks a very wide variety of choice, way more than a physical retailer can possibly offer and hence ideal for online e-commerce. The online market for these products is also at a very nascent stage currently. PSPL, headquartered in Delhi, is co-founded by alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad who have over 14 years of collective professional experience in leading technology, e-commerce and financial services firms including Dell, e-Bay, Trinity Capital and Ivanhoe Cambridge.
