Independent evaluation is one of the core and most prioritized services of the firm. Research: The firm undertakes social action, policy, market, economic, and financial transparency research; financial services' client protection principles assessment, stakeholders mapping, capacity, baseline, and end-line assessment; feasibility, piloting, client satisfaction survey, beneficiaries' risks and vulnerability assessment, opinion poll, and periodic review of program as per the needs of the development, cooperative and private organizations.Managing change: It offers result-based management support services specifically on the monitor framework and its implementation, stakeholders' mapping, data collection and management, coaching, and technical assistance.
