Park Place was founded by a team with over 40 years of combined experience in Commercial Real Estate. Crowdfunding has become a viable and ever more popular form of capital raise for real estate. Most commercial real estate professionals and syndicators are either unfamiliar or don't have the expertise to take advantage of crowdfunding to raise capital. We have found the current crowdfunding platforms having several disadvantages, including exceedingly high costs to list a deal, extremely stringent selection criteria (less than 1% of deals can be listed), exclusivity agreements, and much more.
