Parkgate Aspen was established in 1974, with the merging of two sister companies. We serve a large client base amongst resident-controlled estates, currently managing a portfolio of around 5,000 flats in London and the Home Counties. We employ over 30 members of staff who specialise solely in the management of quality blocks of flats. We like to think that we are ‘big enough to guarantee the service, yet small enough to keep it personal'.By our long-term specialisation in quality blocks of flats, Parkgate Aspen was a foundation member of ARMA (the Association of Residential Managing Agents) which regulates our conduct and the security of our clients' funds. Moreover we have voluntarily subscribed to Quality Management Systems to attain an ISO 9001 accreditation standard.
