Parkunload is a Smart Parking platform based on Apps and Bluetooth to regulate, control and monitor free-of-charge and time-limited parking zones with digital parking permits to increase vehicle turnover, reduce illegal parking, establish priorities and increase the availability of free parking spaces in several types of parking zones:- Sustainable City Logistics by deploying Digital Loading and Delivery zones for vans, trucks and commercial vehicles in dense urban areas with variable and dynamic parking conditions.- Facilitating free-of-charge access to Local Commerce by deploying either Max-stay or Pick-up zones near shops, restaurants, and other local business. - Validating Customers-only parking slots with a double check procedure based on Bluetooth.- Control Park & Ride parking zones for users of the public transport network, with dual validation via Bluetooth.- Provide parking for residents and authorised parking in exclusive or shared zones to optimise the shared use of public space.Parkunload digitally regulates parking zones by means of mobile applications and Bluetooth devices installed on the vertical signage that delimits each zone, based on an internationally patented parking control method that is compatible with any smartphone on the market.The Parkunload app displays the permit and maximum time available in each parking zone according to location, time of day, vehicle type, user profile and current city context.Parkunload's business model facilitates deployment in any type of city providing a wider social, economic, and environmental impact for more sustainable urban logistics and the shared use of public space to access the local commerce and transport network.
