Parr Excellence offers restoration design engineering and remote sensing services including large wood, dam removal fish passage, monitoring and remote air and ground services. Our team is dedicated to designing habitats that will deliver vigorous smolts to our estuaries with the expectancy of more redds for future generations.Parr was created in 2018 by Bill Norris and Rich Phaneuf, two restoration professionals who have worked together for over 25 years. Parr is a federally recognized HUBZone Certified business and SBE made up of eight restoration professionals located in Bingen, Washington.
