Pars music Institute was founded in 1985, with the purpose of maintaining and promoting children's music as well as developing novel creative training methods in this area.Holding Orff music classes for children and adolescents and training qualified instructors have been always among the main activities of this group.Naser Nazar, the founder of pars and the composer of Donyaye shadi (World of Happiness), has formed the first symphony orchestra for adolescents in 1999,regarded as an effective step in the development of such orchestras. He has been always considering the training of children's music instructors as a prominent component of music in Iran and has conducted so many efforts in this regard. The group has vigorously attended fajr international music festivals since 1989 and, also, the celebration of universal childrens' Day since 2001.
