In 2004, Partners for Life Advancement and Education Promotion was formed to provide an evangelical Christian response to HIV and AIDS. Its founding was in response to the ravaging effects of HIV and AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. PLAEP invests in under served, poor and vulnerable households and communities through education programs, health services and economic empowerment initiatives.
