We will find and secure the necessary facilities, negotiate vendor contracts, design the layout and decor of the facility, select and oversee the caterer and menu, and arrange for entertainment, invitations, and accommodations for your guests. We will coordinate staff and volunteers, arrange publicity, answer questions, solve problems, and always, always, keep you informed.
