In 2012, a young engineer, took up a working position in the Industry of Pakistan. Working on high stake projects as a front line manager unraveled for him, the reality of working conditions in the industry of Pakistan. To his dismay, the picture was less than ideal. Incidents happen everyday: lives are lost, people are crippled, injuries are a norm and the list of such mishaps goes on.Despite utmost efforts of the industry to provide the safest working conditions and to receive right quality of services, there existed a huge gap between the expected standards and the services delivered by the contractors.Pasban is founded in an effort to bridge this gap. We believe that provision of on-time services, with the help of the right people and the right equipment complemented by competent auditors of the customers, results in the highest quality services delivered in the safest working conditions.
