Vegetable farming, packing and processing in Malmesbury the heart of the Swartland. Vegetables are grown on Patagonia Farm, in partnership with emerging BEE farmers, and other surrounding farms. Patagonia has contracted growers in different areas of South Africa, to ensure year round supply of a wide range of vegetables. At Patagonia, we carefully select fresh vegetables and pre-pack them according to our customers specifications, focussing on quality and reliability. We wash, cut, mix and pack vegetables to our customers specifications- from single servings to bulk catering packs. Food Safety is very important to us: we follow strict GMP and HACCP principles and are audited annually. Highly trained staff is employed, and our focus is always on quality and food safety.
