Patchwork Concept Stores is a Polish company specializing in building a network of temporary stores, each of them individually tailored to the needs of a specific Shopping Center. We supplement unleased commercial spaces with the so-called off character. We associate Polish brands, both the small ones that cannot afford long-term investments and the larger ones that have already achieved commercial success, but want to present their offer, often unknown to existing customers. Our portfolio includes large-format and typical boutique projects. We work with over 400 brands, where 80% of them create unique products, and above all, often unavailable in the traditional sales channel. Each Concept Store is a different story. Shops are designed according to all CEM principles, but each of them creates a separate story. We believe in personalizing not only products, but also the concepts themselves. We are a customer-centric company in the classic sense. Standards are very important to us, but more important to us is the natural bond that we can establish with people who value our offer. Patchwork Concept Stores is a project that provides an alternative solution for retail chains. We appear both where centers want to gain a competitive advantage on the commercial space market and supplement their offer with something that is unique, and where the process of creating a tenant-mix is open and investors do not want to risk the image of a non-commercialized, i.e. empty facility .
