PSEP is a multi-disciplinary program jointly supported by the University of Michigan and VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System focused on improving patient safety. Our primary focus is on conducting and disseminating high-quality and impactful research that can be applied broadly. We have special expertise in healthcare-associated infection prevention, clinical problem-solving, communication and teamwork, leadership/followership, and implementation science.
