Professional Training & Coaching - Denver, Colorado, United States
Founded in 1975, Pattern Research, Inc. is a training, consulting, and research business; we specialize in supporting the success of libraries and allied organizations. Our clients say that they like our personal service, effective content, and depth of experience. They appreciate that we are easy to work with: flexible, responsive, and good-humored. And participants tell us that our programs are engaging, practical, and down-to-earth. We value personal responsibility and respectful behavior towards everyone. We love to learn; we're always searching for better models and strategies. We love to collaborate with our clients to produce custom content delivered in person, in print, and in virtual classrooms. Organizational customers include conferences, associations, state libraries, consortia and systems, universities, schools, and special libraries and the institutions they serve, including government, nonprofits, religious organizations, and the private sector. Library clients have ranged from the smallest rural storefronts to the largest academic institutions and urban library districts. Training and consulting topics have included customer service, conflict management, personnel, management, leadership, marketing, strategic planning, adult education and curriculum design, institutional politics, community outreach, and communication skills. In addition to in-person visits to hundreds of libraries, we have been producing hybrid and blended online courses as well as webinars on a variety of platforms for over twenty years. In 2020 we produced 100 webinars, many with our library training partners.
