Established in 2006.Located right in the heart of the Central Valley, we first opened the doors of our beauty school - Safavi Institute of Cosmetology and Esthetics Paul Mitchell Partner School - back in 2006. The 21,000 square-foot facility was built from scratch by our owner Hooman Safavi, based off a classic, modern style that provides beautiful open views through large windows throughout the building.Backed by a staff of Learning Leaders with over 30 combined years of experience, our beauty school offers industry-leading cosmetology, manicurist, esthetics, and barbering education.
