Paul was born in Reggio Emilia, of his mother, an embroiderer in a knitwear factory in the area and of his father, a mechanic.-There are spaces where "what you want to do when you grow up" seems just a fleeting consideration, but it's right in these air pockets that you can glimpse the rift- Since he was a child, the passion in fashion shows itself: in his mother washing-machine the first experiments begin, Paul discolours jeans, destroys sweaters to wear next. An attempt to become familiar with personalized items, a self-custom style.-The space, the right one as outburst for thoughts-For Paul, fashion is the essence of imperfection, he believes that to feel complete you always need to wear something out of place, inappropriate, all of this turns his look into that extra element, the missing element.-Excess as completeness-His inspiration rises from observation: everything is examined and sieved. His style is the methaphor of feeling comfortable with self-imperfections: to wear your inner self as a work of art.
