I am a licensed architect with over thirty years of professional experience. I hold certifications with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) that provides reciprocal registration in most jurisdictions in the US and abroad. I have designed buildings in several states, and have active registrations in North Carolina (home certification) and South Carolina. My clients have broad economic and cultural reach. I have worked with locally owned small businesses, city governments, multi-national companies, and Fortune 500 corporations. I have served diverse institutions, ranging from neighborhood development groups to organizations with a global presence. All projects are important. All clients receive my upmost attention.Good designers must be good listeners as clients describe their vision. Architects interpret what they've learned without prejudice, then overlay real-world constraints that affect a design. A skilled practitioner assimilates all factors influencing a project, then transforms their client's vision into a creative, efficient, and client-centered environment.This is the premise of my architectural practice.
