I am a Systems Practitioner and Management Consultant. I have worked with pharmaceutucal industry, NHS, Local Authorities, MoD, charities and voluntary groups. I am a Visiting Lecturer at CASS Business School, City University, London, in Applied Systems Thinking and an Associate Lecturer with the Open University on the MSc Systems Thinking in Practice courses. I spent a couple of years as Exec Director- Open Days for SCiO (Systems and Cybernetics in Organisations) and I am now Membership Secretary with the UK Systems Society.I use a variety of Systems thinking approaches, depending upon the client's context. I have also developed the Systems Thinking Change Wheel and action cards which I use to help people 'create the conditions for change'. This has been developed with insights from over 10 years of using the viable system model. I have put my insights into a format that others can easily usderstand and use for themselves.In additions to Management Consultancy I also run workshops on: Systems thinking - the basics, Applying the viable system model and Creating the conditions for change.I also offer 1:1 coaching and mentoring and training in systems thinking.Please do get in contact if you would like systems thinking training or systems thinking consultancy.
