Payday Entertainment Services, LLC (Payday) is a "start up" limited liability company based in Burbank, California that is positioned to provide outsourced business services, specifically employer of record and paying agent payroll services plus proprietary production accounting software to motion picture, television, commercial and on-line media production companies within the entertainment industry. As employer of record, Payday becomes the temporary employer for both the creative talent and staff of companies created specifically for purposes of producing a particular movie, television program or commercial. As such, Payday handles payroll services, worker's compensation coverage, unemployment claims and payment and filing of payroll related taxes. In some cases, the Company may also act in the capacity of a paying agent and simply provide outsourced payroll and related tax services.
