From Founder and Winemaker, Heath Payne..."The winemaking process for us is one of both discovery and technique, complicated by aspects of my personality. I work with a small group of dedicated winegrowers in Oregon and Washington. Adapting to the land and the seasons promotes balance in the vineyard from year to year. The winery is no different: adaptive but focused, with the intention of guiding the narrative of the season.
