Headed up by chef Sebby Holmes, all our products are hand made by our small devoted team of professional chefs at Farang London, our London based restaurant. Our mission is to provide food lovers with a high-quality, preservative free, freshly made product. Payst was born after exploring and experimenting with Thai street food for many years.
