Paysy is the web based application primarily for management of fees. It helps sport clubs to control their finance - periodic (monthly, quarterly, biannually, and annually) and one time payments (camps, tournaments etc). Also help sport clubs in other areas to manage club efficiently and reduce time for administration for the club managers. Apart from clubs it is suitable for other organizations to manage payments, such as schools, canteens, leisure time courses, language schools etc.). Main functionalities:• Provides an overview of the fee status• Makes an automatic assignment of payment (real time when API from bank is available)• Inform the end user about the payment• Provides better payment discipline due to automatic reminder and thus improves cash flow• Multiple login/authorisations levels (manager, coach, member/parents)• Players (members) registration• Training attendance Records• Provide a support documents for the accounting• Online access 24/7• Digital membership card (also used as a cashless card) • Effective tool for communication with members/parent (mail, sms, notifications to digital card)• Exports/Statistics/Reports/Data analysis• Digital evidence of eligible costs (account statement for public fund grants)
